Fall Storybook Trail opens at Gammino Pond
Seekonk has installed its Fall Storybook Trail feature at Gammino Pond, showcasing a new story chosen by Library staff with Conservation. Copies of the book are also available at the Library for reading before or after the visit.
The Town of Seekonk announced Oct. 22 that its Fall Storybook Trail feature is now in place at Gammino Pond.
This season's trail showcases "Acorn Was a Little Wild," a new story chosen by the town's Library staff in collaboration with the Conservation department.
The Library also has copies of the book available for residents who want to read the story before or after visiting the trail.
The town invited residents to walk the trail, take in the fall foliage and "see where this little acorn takes you."
